V.M. SimiS is an author pen name, created by Maria Vrisanaki and Manolis Simitsakis, who are married and write together their books. They love humor, having fun with their friends, but mostly teasing each other and that’s how they decided to start writing RomComs.
Their collaboration was a successful one and their books are now represented by Mark Gottlieb, Vice President at Trident Media Group.
Manolis Simitsakis
Manolis was always enthusiastic with almost every kind of art. Poetry and music were his passion since high school, where he formed his first rock band. He has traditionally published 4 books in Greece, he is an editor and a creative writing teacher. He also enjoys crafting anything comes in his mind using stone and wood, and he is inspired by nature for his creativity. He loves Maria and he believes that giving – ideas, books, love, smiles on people’s faces – is the best act of humanity.
Maria Vrisanaki
Maria lives in Greece, where she has traditionally published a YA fantasy series (5 books). She has taken creative writing courses and now is a creative writing teacher. She loves chocolates, her dog, Luna, making puzzles, enjoying the sun and the sea, and spending time with her friends. Oh, and teasing her lovely husband, of course! As a teenager she loved volleyball, martial arts, dancing and swimming. She wrote her first story when she was 12 years old and she loves making people laugh.
